The fee for cosmetic consultation is $95.00, to be paid at the time of your visit.
A quotation for surgical fees will be given to you at your consultation.
Should you proceed with cosmetic surgery with Dr. Pearl, the consultation fee will be deducted from your surgical fee. If you decide to proceed with surgery, a 10% deposit is required to secure surgery date.
The balance is due at your pre-operative visit, two weeks before surgery.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash and Personal Checks as forms of payment. We also recommend Reliance Financing and Care Credit, a special program for plastic surgery patients that will be able to assist you.
