Dr. Samuel Pearl began his career as Mountain View's most trusted and talented cosmetic surgeon when he opened his private clinical practice in the El Camino Hospital community in 1982. He designed and built the Pearl Plastic Surgery Center in 1985 to provide a comfortable, state-of-the-art environment for serving the needs of his patients. For twenty years, Dr. Samuel Pearl has been a pioneer and leader among Mountain View, Los Altos, San Jose, Palo Alto and Bay Area cosmetic surgeons.
Dr. Samuel Pearl lives in the El Camino Community with his wife, daughter and twin sons. He is an avid scuba diver, wind surfer, and shell collector. His passion for artistic expression has been inspired by a leading painter of the postimpressionist period, Paul Gauguin. Before becoming a premier Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Los Altos and Palo Alto cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Samuel Pearl underwent extensive training during which he perfected his skill and honed his technique. Dr. Samuel Pearl's interest in the art of plastic surgery began during his surgical internship at Stanford University. He completed his plastic surgery training at the University of Wisconsin after receiving additional general surgery training at Stanford University. He served as Chief of Emergency Services in American Samoa, and he has worked in Africa, the South Pacific, and Central and South America. He served as a volunteer plastic surgeon for Interplast, a non-profit organization devoted to providing quality plastic surgical care to the underprivileged peoples of the world.
